The Grohtherm 1000 thermostatic shower mixer kit does what it says on the tin - it is a simple, straightforward shower mixer kit, comprising of all the components you need for your new shower. The kit consists of the following: a thermostatic exposed bar-style valve with temperature and flow control via twist operation handles at either end, a shower hose, a wall mounted slider rail with fixings, and a Grohe shower head. The shower head is a handset style and can be uncoupled from the slider rail holder, useful for rinsing hair or cleaning the bath or showering area. The valve itself requires 1 bar of pressure or above and is finished in polished chrome. The safety system, Grohe's SafetyStop Plus, has a 38-degree safety setting to prevent scalding. All of this is finished in Grohe's StarLight chrome which is a gleaming polished chrome that is easy to maintain.
