If you would like to cancel an order you have already had delivered, or if there is a problem with an item please use the contact form below and our aftersales team will come back to you within 1 working day.

If you can provide as much detail as possible when reporting the issue it will help our team come back to you as quickly as possible.

Problems after delivery are never nice and our team will do all they can as quickly as they can, as they know how important it is to get this sorted for you. Please bear with them as best you can whilst they deal with your issue.

Unwanted item checklist

• Has the item been delivered within 14 days?
• Has the item not yet been installed?
• Do you have the original packaging?
• Is the item in a resalable condition?

If the answer is yes, then we can take the item back for a no-fuss refund. Just complete this form and we can send you a returns note to get the item back to us.
