  • We use a combination of couriers, our own vehicles and distributors direct delivery network to get your goods to you quickly and in the best possible condition
  • Quick delivery: 80%+ of our orders are delivered directly to you within 2 to 5 working days
  • We offer free delivery overall orders over £500 to England, Wales and Southern Scotland*

  • Our delivery charges vary from £6.95 to £44.95 depending on the item(s), unless you spend over £500

We specialise in moving large bathroom equipment around the country. We have spent many years working with a variety of different pallet couriers and parcel couriers to find the best in the UK. We are constantly on the lookout for the best courier to service our customer and we update this as regularly as we can. You can rest assured; you are in the safest hands in the UK!

Delivery Costs

Our delivery costs are calculated at the basket and the checkout of the site depending on the combination of the items you are ordering. We advertise an individual carriage charge on the page for that item, but if you order multiple items this can alter the delivery charge. The good news is you will never spend more than £44.95** and once you hit £500 (excluding delivery) in certain locations your delivery is free.

Delivery Lead Times

We aim to get goods to you as quickly as possible. We stock some of our most popular products, but in order to give you breadth and variation of all our brands in their various sizes and colour combinations, it is impossible for us to stock every item on the site. Fortunately though, due to our unique network and the distributors we have been working with, we have a supply chain second to none. We normally get 80%+ of our items to you within 2 to 5 working days.

International Delivery

We have couriers in place to deliver to most European countries. If you would like delivery to a non-European country just get in touch with a member of the team and we can see what we can get arranged. If we do not have a courier who will deliver to your requested country, we can deliver to any UK based 3rd party exporter if you would like to make the arrangements (we would not organise this).

Click and Collect

Some of the larger Bathroom Showrooms offer a click and collect scheme whereby we can deliver your goods to your chosen Showroom ready for you to collect. If this option is available in your area this will appear in the checkout. If there is not a click and collect option in the checkout we currently don’t have a showroom in that area, but check back soon!

Checking Your Delivery

We aim to get your goods to you as quickly as possible and in the best possible condition and with the best will in the world we would like to say items do not arrive damaged. By the very nature of the goods, (which are large and fragile), whilst we believe our couriers are the best available we still cannot guarantee 100% that your item(s) will never have transit damage. No retailer could! However, all our deliveries are fully insured so when you check your delivery upon arrival and report it back to us within a reasonable time we can get the goods replaced for you.
